Our mission is to preserve, protect, and develop water resources and water rights in Grand and Summit Counties, to preserve stream flows and water-related recreational opportunities.

What we do...we help protect water for all present & future users. Evaluate stream flow requirements for instream flow uses including recreation, dilution requirements and other purposes. Protect & expand West Slope water rights. Conserve & protect water resources within the District and on the West Slope.
